SOME INFORMATION ABOUT OUR FIRST SESSION
We'll hold our meetings on the 12th floor of 3730 Kirby Drive, a twelve-story building just north of 59. The building is called River Oaks Tower, and one side reads Security Financial. The bordering streets are Kirby Drive to the east, Lake Street to the west, and Norfolk Street to the south; there is a shopping strip on Richmond Avenue to the north. After business hours and on weekends, the front door will be locked, and you will need to enter through the door from the garage. The garage, attached to the building, is at the corner of Norfolk and Lake Streets. Parking in the garage is free.
You should not have trouble getting into the building. I know you will try to be on time so that we can begin and end on time. If you have any trouble and if you have a cell phone, please use my cell phone number: 832-287-0494.
Our conference room is on the 12th floor. If our meeting is after business hours, I’ll meet you in the reception area and show you around. If you arrive after the group has started, I'll leave signs for you from the elevator to our conference room. Please tap on the glass of the conference room, and I'll come and let you in. The building is sometimes a little cold. You might be glad for a light jacket.
If you have not already paid online, before our first session begins, you'll give me a check or cash for your payment, and I’ll give you the audiocourse, a receipt and the handouts we will use for the first session.
